It all started when…

Faith Martin, a wife of a United States Marine began offering programs to the nations finest by incorporating yoga and meditation to the daily regimens of the military.  With a bachelors degree in Asian Studies she quickly learned how the philosophies of the East would be a great addition to todays warrior athletes.

Her vision began to grow working for Marine Corps Community Services as the Fitness Director for Marines in Okinawa, Japan.  Along with gaining knowledge and certifications from various organizations in fitness she began to train Marines, Air Force and Army in High Intensity Tactical Training as the coordinator.  Faith holds a NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, Kettlebell certification, USAW 1 and Advanced Olympic Weight Lifting, TRX Force Level 1, FMS, and is trained in Josh Henkin’s Dynamic Variable Resistance Training in Level 1, 2 and Restoration.

As the program creator for BE Warriors Yoga 200-hour teacher training Faith places a special emphasis in the incorporation of a mind-body experience for athletes and those that have experienced trauma.  In addition, Faith generated multiple yoga programs at the Naval Hospital on Okinawa, Japan.  The programs varied  from meditation for those that have been diagnosed with PTSD or trauma related events and yoga instruction for those that are experiencing chronic pain or substance abuse.

As a mother of two daughters and a two crazy boxers she juggles teaching, traveling and enjoying outdoor life with her Marine.

Faith enthusiastically welcomes the opportunity to serve the community and provide services that make fitness and yoga accessible and attainable to all.
